  • If you have registered as a "Non-Business Individual Entrepreneur," withholding tax will be applied. ※ After January 10, 2021
  • If you have registered a legal representative's bank account, withholding tax will be applied to the legal representative.

  • Once a request is made, it cannot be canceled until it is transferred to your registered account, and you cannot make another payment request until then.

How to Make a Payment Request

  1. Click on "Account Menu" > "Revenue Management" tab > "Payment Request / Request History" in the "Requestable Amount" section.
  2. Check your bank account (once a payment request is made, account information cannot be modified until the transfer is made).
  3. Upon completion of the payment request, you will receive an email with the scheduled transfer date.

※ Before making a payment request, you need to complete bank account registration and identity verification document review.

Payment Cycle

  • Payments are made on the 25th for the 5th of the month's revenue or on the 10th of the following month for the 20th of the month's revenue.
  • For example, if you make a request on March 20 at 23:00(JST), the payment will be made on the following month's 10th.
  • If the transfer date falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment will be made on the previous business day. The actual date and time of the transfer depend on the financial institution.
  • Transfer results will be reflected on the request history screen on the following business day.
  • If the transfer cannot be made, you will receive an email at the registered email address on the transfer date (in case the transfer date falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be on the following business day).
(Note that this applies only for payments made after January 10, 2021)
  • If the registered account information is incorrect or for any other reason, and a payment request is canceled after the transfer date, you should correct your bank account information and make another payment request.

Withholding Tax

For payments of remuneration scheduled after January 10, 2021, users who have registered as "Non-Business Individual Entrepreneurs" and completed identity verification document registration will be subject to withholding tax. You can check the withholding tax amount from the payment request screen. ※ After December 6, 2020
For more details on withholding tax, please refer to the following help page: About Withholding Tax

  • For remuneration received before the start of withholding tax, there may be income tax and other taxes. For details on the necessity of filing a tax return, consult with a tax professional.
  • You can check the payment amount from Moi at "Account Menu" > "Payment Request" > "Request History." The amount in "Request History" is the amount before transfer fees are deducted, so please confirm the actual transfer amount to your bank account and the content of the email ("[TwitCasting] Payment Request Received" subject line).

From October onwards, the amounts will be determined based on the "Qualified Invoice Issuer" registration status. Please check here for more information.
